Students at all levels have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and there is a democratic prefect system, a Pyramid Council with elected representatives from each class, Grade Councils and numerous leadership positions in sport, cultural and pastoral activities. Students are given responsibilities and opportunities that bring a sense of self-discipline and confidence.
